EXCHANGE AND RETURNS/GUARANTEES
If you do not like an item, Vanzeebroeck Motors undertakes to exchange or refund the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging. The processing and payment costs remain due, even if your order is returned in full.
Any return must be made within 14 days, by returning the package to Vanzeebroeck Motors; Webshop service; Bergensesteenweg 168, 1600 Sint-Pieters-Leeuw.
You are legally obliged to take care of the goods you have purchased once they are in your possession. This means the following:
You can view and try on the products, just as you would in a store.
When trying on clothes, be careful not to wear perfume, after-shave, make-up or deodorant that could linger or leave traces on the product.
Shoes must not be tried on outside and there must not be any scratches on the soles.
The labels must not be removed from the products.
The original packaging must be kept.
The products must not be dirty, torn or damaged due to improper washing.
If you do not take care of the goods, you will have to compensate us for all damage.
In the event of excessive returns, Vanzeebroeck Motors reserves the right to refuse new orders.
All our products are covered by the legal warranty for defects present at the time of delivery of the product, with the understanding that you were not aware of, or were not supposed to be aware of, the defect at the time the product was delivered. agreement has been concluded and that the defect appears within two years of delivery. In this case, you may demand that the product be either repaired or replaced, or - if neither of these solutions is possible - that an appropriate price reduction be applied or the agreement be terminated, under the conditions provided for by law (art. 1649 bis et seq. of the Civil Code).
To do this, you must notify us in writing no later than two months after the day on which you discovered the defect. If the defect appears within six months of delivery, it is in principle up to us to prove that it did not exist at the time of delivery. After a period of two years, you can no longer demand that the product be repaired or replaced. Products that have a normal lifespan of less than two years or even six months, depending on their generally known wear and tear or technical level (particularly taking into account their price), are only covered by a guarantee for the time of their normal lifespan.
